On the Promoter’s request and at the Promoter’s discretion, the Winner must provide adequate evidence of their compliance with the eligibility conditions set out in Clause 2. If the Winner is unable to prove their eligibility to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction, the entry will be void and the Promoter will select another Winner, adjusting the timescales set out in this clause in a proportionate manner.

The Winner must provide their name, email address, and phone number to the Promoter if requested. The Promoter reserves the right to share this information only to the extent necessary to enable delivery of the Prize and for no other purposes.

5. The Prize

The Promoter will transfer the Prize to the Winner via PayPal or bank transfer within 28 days of receiving the Winner’s PayPal email address subject to satisfactory compliance with all the eligibility conditions set out in Clause 2. It’s important to note that there is only one Prize for the Competition, which will be awarded to one Winner. The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. All taxes and other expenses related to prizes and their delivery are the sole responsibility of the Winner. This may include (but is not limited to) PayPal charges such as transaction fee and currency exchange. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

The Promoter and the Sponsor will not be held liable if the Prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. The Promoter and the Sponsor will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter and the Sponsor takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter and the Sponsor’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter and the Sponsor shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the Competition or the Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by the Entrant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the Promoter and the Sponsor whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

7. Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

By participating in the Competition, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Competition, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in England and Wales having jurisdiction.
