How do I select a course?

Will I be graded?
No formal grades, but optional worksheets help track your progress.
What if I fall behind?
No problem. You can revisit lessons anytime and learn at your own pace.
Course Materials
Is the workbook included?
Yes. Every course includes a downloadable workbook with exercises and prompts.
Can I access the course on mobile or tablet?
Yes. You can log in from any device with a modern browser. However, for the best experience (especially when engaging with the workbook or writing tasks), we recommend using a computer.
Can I share my login with others?
No. Accounts are for individual use only. Each enrolment is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to others. Sharing accounts may result in restricted access.
Will I receive a certificate of completion?
Every course includes a downloadable certificate of completion. You can personalise it with your own name and use it to showcase your achievement. This can also be presented to your university, supervisor, or funders as evidence that you have completed the course.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
PayPal, our secure payment handler, accepts all major cards. You can pay through PayPal as a guest, but signing in is recommended for purchase history tracking.
Will I get a confirmation?
You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after a successful payment has been made.
What’s the refund policy?
Our courses are digital products that provide immediate access upon purchase. By enrolling, you acknowledge that this means you lose your 14-day right to cancel under consumer protection laws. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you encounter technical issues, our support team will work with you to resolve them.
What should I do if I encounter issues during the payment process?

Registration and Eligibility
Do I need to be a student?
No. Courses are open to anyone interested.
Are there any requirements?
Our courses are open to all. Some may recommend background knowledge, listed on the course page.
How do I enrol?

Do I get lifetime access?
Yes. Once enrolled, you’ll have ongoing access to the course materials (for as long as the course exists).

How can I get support if something goes wrong?
If you encounter a technical issue, please describe the problem in detail using our contact form. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on weekdays.
Are there device or browser requirements?
Courses work on any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and can be accessed on computer, tablet, or mobile. For the smoothest experience, make sure your browser is updated and your internet connection is stable.
What if I can’t access a video or file?
First, refresh the page or try another browser/device. If the issue continues, please reach out via the contact form and our team will help.
How do I join the community?
You’ll receive a private invite link to our Discord server once enrolled.
